The Cape Race are from Manchester, cool no? And they are young, and they are in love, apparently. They are totally generous too - why? Because they let you pre-order their debut mini album (whatever that is - what is it though? And what's the difference between an EP and a mini album?) absolutely for free and legal and all that if you register your email address on their homepage!
