Overslept, coffee, Monday - yeah. Anyway, visually this reminds me of a Laura Ashley ad gone weird, musically it makes me think of Pulp's Common People, and together it makes for a fun song. Try it on the treadmill if you like, I'm sure it will help you go and extra mile.
