Twigs - How's That

A: Twigs
S: How's That
C: How's That - EP

Quote: “Go home, take a paper bag, cut some eyeholes out of it. Put it over your head, get undressed and look at yourself in the mirror. Really evaluate where your strengths and weaknesses are. And be honest.”

... how's that feel.

Say Lou Lou - Julian

A: Say Lou Lou
S: Julian
C: Julian - EP

I will hate myself for posting this now the day the video will be released, but since I've had it on repeat for weeks and the single is officially released today (check out it's b-side featuring Chet Faker) and there is no video in sight, I thought, what the fuck.

... maybe we are sinners - but loving ain't no crime.

Hypnolove - Come To My Empire (Bufi & La Royale Remix)

A: Hypnolove
S: Come To My Empire (Bufi & La Royale Remix)
C: Ghost Carnival

I would have posted the original to this, but the remix is much better. So, this is Sunday, this is a song, that is about as much as I have managed to figured out today.

... close your eyes and come to my empire.

Dinosaur - Kiss Me Again

A: Dinosaur
S: Kiss Me Again
C: Kiss Me Again - Single

A little disco never hurt nobody, especially on such a fantastically sunny morning. And since a little is never enough, we'll hit it with this fifteen minutes long track - so you won't get bored when hitting the repeat button.

... kiss me, kiss me, kiss me again.

Gatsby Week: Lana Del Rey - Young & Beautiful (Orchestral Version)

A: Lana Del Rey
S: Young & Beautiful (Orchestral Version)
C: The Great Gatsby - OST

So let's kill Gatsby Week in style with this song about fleeting beauty and fleeting love, which is, simply put, perfect for Lana. Whether you like her not, she really made those themes her own.

... will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?

Janelle Monáe Feat. Erykah Badu - Q.U.E.E.N.

A:  Janelle Monáe Feat. Erykah Badu
S: Q.U.E.E.N.
C: Q.U.E.E.N. - Single

Ok. I'm already a bit bored with Gatsby Week. Let's take a well-deserved break with this funky combo that brings together Janelle Monáe and Erykah Badu and the best out of the two. Dance or die.

... they call us dirty ‘cuz we break all your rules down.

Gatsby Week: Nero - Into The Past

A: Nero
S: Into The Past
C: The Great Gatsby - OST

In Germany they call it 'dance into May', which sounds lovely. In Berlin, they dance into it, through it, and out of it. Which can be lovely too, and May-be a bit messy.

... I'll follow you.
