Give me a Scottish accent and I am happy any day. Still, songs like State Hospital don't come along very often, and when they do, they are quite hard to spot. Because when it comes to songs, we are used to mediocrity. And whe need a second listen to realize how brilliant they actually are. I guess sometimes songs are like people.
