Here's what I found out about this Department called Art: it is the brainchild of Canadian techno/house Legend Kenny Glasgow and Canada’s fastest rising star and No.19 label owner - Jonny White. I don't know either - which makes me wonder if it's worse to realise you are dumb, or not finding out at all.

Anyway, Desire are from Montreal, Canada and Portland, Oregon. Yes, they might be friends with Chromatics, from what I hear, they might even be neighbours.
